Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

OmniPix is an independent interface built on top of third-party AI image and video models. It is intended for safe-for-work, lawful, creative use only. To keep the platform and our payment partners compliant, every user prompt that is routed to an image or video model may be screened by automated moderation before generation, and prompts that violate this policy will be blocked.

2. No sexual or NSFW content

You may not use the Service to generate, request, upload, or distribute any content that is:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive;
“NSFW”, “uncensored”, “unfiltered”, nude, or partially nude;
Designed to sexualise, eroticise, or fetishise any subject.

This applies regardless of whether the subject is real or fictional and regardless of age depicted. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. No deepfakes or face manipulation

You may not use the Service to perform face-swapping, create deepfakes, or otherwise manipulate the face or likeness of real, identifiable people. This is prohibited regardless of whether you have the subject’s consent. You also may not impersonate real individuals or generate content intended to deceive.

4. No illegal or harmful content

You may not use the Service to generate, request, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, or promotes illegal acts, regulated goods, or dangerous activities;
Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
Is defamatory, harassing, or promotes hate, violence, or self-harm;
Depicts graphic or gratuitous violence or gore;
Spreads misinformation, scams, or fraud, or is used for political deception;
Violates the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers.

5. No platform abuse

You may not:

Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with moderation, safety filters, or other protections;
Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
Resell or redistribute access to the Service in violation of these policies.

6. Enforcement

Prompts that violate this policy are blocked before generation. We may also remove content, revoke credits obtained through abuse, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or our Terms of Service. You are responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
