Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniPix handles your information when you visit omnipix.art or use our services.

OmniPix (“OmniPix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website omnipix.art and the related AI image and video generation services (collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and responsibly.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account, including your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. We never receive your Google password.

Billing information

When you purchase credits or a subscription, payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Creem. Creem collects and processes your payment details (such as card information and billing address). We do not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction data such as an order identifier, the plan purchased, payment status, and your email address.

Content you provide

We process the text prompts, reference images, and other inputs you submit, along with the images and videos generated from them, in order to deliver the Service.

Usage and device data

We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, as well as logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating your images and videos.
  • Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
  • Process payments, manage credits, and fulfil your orders and subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages such as receipts, security alerts, and service updates.
  • Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Analyse and improve the performance, features, and content of the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request), our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), your consent (where required, for example certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and secure the Service. We may also use limited analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication (Google), and payment processing (Creem).
  • AI model providers. Your prompts and inputs may be sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate your requested outputs.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OmniPix, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through the Service. This means Creem is responsible for processing the transaction, applying and remitting applicable taxes, and managing refunds and chargebacks. Your use of Creem’s checkout is also subject to Creem’s own privacy policy and terms.

7. Prompts and Generated Content

We retain your prompts and generated content to provide features such as your generation history and to operate and improve the Service. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your prompts that you would not want processed by us or our AI model providers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to request portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@omnipix.art. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Contact Us
